To the management of a care home
that wants its residents to stay involved

Subject: personal music for your residents, and a first pilot that is mainly free

Dear Director,

We are writing because we are building something for your residents, and a letter seemed more honest than an advertisement.

Tante Anne is a managed service for care homes. Each participating resident gets their own tablet, mounted in one place in their room and charged there. The first thing it offers is personal music. Your caregivers keep every device ready from one tablet at the care station.

To start, a resident is asked three questions. What is your name? What music do you like? What do you enjoy doing? That is the whole setup. Five minutes is our target, with a caregiver or a relative at the resident's side. Nobody has to prepare a life story, and nothing is presented as a memory the resident has not shared.Three questions. Really.

The answers shape the first music. Residents listen, choose and shape it through simple controls, without musical skills. Over the following days the personal context grows through use. Relatives can add to it if they want to, but nothing depends on them.

Your home buys it. Your residents use it. Your caregivers deliver it in the daily routine. For them it means a device that is where it was yesterday, with one charger and nothing to explain. Assigning a device, starting an activity and checking that it is ready happens from the station tablet. Staff time is the scarcest thing in your house, so in the pilot we count caregiver minutes instead of promising savings now.

For the home it is one managed service: tablets with simple mounting, the station tablet, software, a SIM in every device so your Wi-Fi is not involved, and provisioning, updates, replacement and support. Enclosure 1 lists it.see enclosure 1

We charge one monthly fee per station, with a minimum term of twelve months, in small, medium and large capacity packages. The first pilot is mainly free. We ask for paid continuation only after your home has seen the value. The final price is open. We would rather tell you that now than hide it behind a button. Enclosure 2 has the terms.price still open, honestly

What we expect is that residents keep using their abilities and remain involved in everyday life. We expect it; we have not proven it. In a pilot we will measure participation, mental stimulation, wellbeing and total caregiver effort, and we will show you the numbers whatever they say. Enclosure 3 says what we measure and what we do not claim.we mean this part

If this sounds like something your care team should see, we would like to come to your house, set up one station and show you. The reply card is enough. We will call you back.

P.S. You may have seen our concept film. The music controller in it is not part of the offer. The tablet is.

Monthly billing does not mean monthly cancellation. Partner service terms, station-tablet charging and device reassignment rules are defined with the first homes.

Enclosure 3 of 3Evidence

What we expect, and will measure

Benefits are expectations until a pilot shows them. We count participation, not app launches.

What we do not claim. Tante Anne does not treat dementia, slow its progression or replace human contact, staffing or professional care.

Time savings become a promise only after they have been measured in a home.
