How a station runs
One station tablet. Every resident device ready.
Caregivers do not search for equipment, swap chargers or open apps on the resident's behalf. They assign, start and keep devices ready from the care station.
Working diagram. Spare-device, reassignment and replacement rules are defined with the first homes.
Device to resident
Each participating resident gets one assigned tablet. The profile starts with three questions: name, music preference, hobbies. Photos optional.
Activity from the station or the room
Personal music is the first activity. Residents choose and shape it through simple controls. Caregivers help where needed.
Mounted, charged, updated
Consistent mounting and charging in the room. Updates, replacement and support are handled by Tante Anne, on site at first and remotely later.
Context through daily use
The resident profile develops through everyday interaction. Caregivers and relatives can add to it. No family preparation is required to begin.
Value proposition
What each side gets.
Music is the start. The purpose is broader: residents choose, express themselves and take part using the abilities they have.

What we do not claim
Tante Anne does not treat dementia, slow its progression, fulfil legal activity quotas or replace human contact, staffing or professional care.
Time savings become a promise only after they have been measured in a home.
Questions
What operators ask first.
Does the home need Wi-Fi or an IT project?
No. Every device has its own SIM. Tante Anne provisions, updates and supports the devices. The home provides a place to mount and charge each resident tablet and a care station for the control tablet.
What do residents need to know before they start?
Nothing. Onboarding asks three questions: name, music preference and hobbies. Photos can be added if they are at hand. The personal context grows through daily use. No family preparation is required.
Who owns and repairs the devices?
Devices are part of the managed package and are handled by Tante Anne with hardware and connectivity partners. Detailed ownership, replacement and reassignment terms are defined with the first homes.
Is this a video-call or messaging tool for families?
Not in the first pilot. The first offer is personal music with device management. Family communication is later scope.
Where does the music come from?
Music is created from the resident's own preferences through a simple interface, with music technology partners. A small curated selection of licensed familiar songs is being explored as a complement; a general streaming catalogue is not part of the offer.
Does Tante Anne replace staff, music therapy or activity programmes?
No. It gives residents an accessible personal activity and gives caregivers a ready device with simple controls. It complements existing care and activity work.
What does it cost?
The price is open. One monthly managed bundle per station with a 12-month minimum, in S, M and L capacity packages. At least one first pilot is mainly free; a costed offer follows the pilot.
